- What is a NODE ?
- We call the BlueCastBoxes NODES in the control panel for ease of use .
- What is a ZONE ?
- A ZONE is a group of NODES that are updated together , a Node can only belong to one ZONE at a time and campaigns are assigned to a ZONE .
- My Box is not updating :
- Updates occur every 15 minutes , insure your box is connected to the internet and that you have actually made a change in the control panel . Clicking the update button without actually making a change will not update your box . If you continue to have problems , contact support .
- I am not seeing any reports
- Reports are uploaded every 5hrs when your BlueCastBox is connected to the internet . If nothing has changed in the reports , your BlueCastBox will not upload a report . If you believe this is in error please contact support .
- My BlueCastBox is not contacting my friends phone ?
- Bluetooth implementations on phones differ from model to model and no proximity marketing tools can contact every phone . ProxiBlaster has take the approach of designing for the widest array of phones but cannot connect to all phones .
- What is the extra box for when you upload a file ?
- This is so you can have a descriptive name to the file as well as the actual file name
- Do you have a Quick Start Guide for the Control Panel ?
- Yes please look at the attachment "BlueCastBox Outline" that came with your "user information" email when you made your purchase .
